5. Enhancing communication and university relations and improving the experience of students, visitors, and those seeking services within the campus.

Main Tasks
• Supervising reception services and organizing the welcoming and guidance of students, visitors, and those seeking services.
• Organizing night security and monitoring the protection of university buildings, facilities, and assets.
• Managing the badge and authorization system and organizing entry and exit according to approved regulations.
• Supervising the surveillance camera system, monitoring its efficiency, and preserving its records according to regulations.
• Monitoring emergencies and situations and coordinating with the relevant authorities regarding them.
• Organizing the movement of visitors, vehicles, and those seeking services within the campus.
• Enhancing communication and coordination between university departments on matters related to follow-up and organization.
• Preparing reports related to security and organizational incidents and observations, and following up on their resolution.
